Following up quotes with no reply

Ask Chip "which quotes need a follow-up?" to list quotes sent a week or more ago with no answer, and have Chip re-send the ones you pick. Or open the quote and send it again.

Ask Chip "which quotes need a follow-up?" and pick the ones to re-send. Or open the quote and send it again.

Where: Chip AI, or Quotes > Quoted chip

  1. Open Chip (the chat button, or Ask Chip in the account menu).
  2. Ask "which quotes need a follow-up?".
  3. Chip lists quotes sent 7 or more days ago that the client hasn't answered.
  4. Tell Chip which ones to chase. It shows you each email before it goes; approve it.

Watch out: nothing is sent until you approve it. Chippie never chases a quote by itself.

Without Chip

  1. On Quotes, press the Quoted chip to see quotes waiting on the client.
  2. Open the quote and press Send > Email (or SMS).

The client gets the standard quote email again, with Accept quote and Decline links.

Which quotes are stuck

Business Pulse shows Stuck quotes: quotes open more than 60 days, and how long quotes sit at each stage.

Unpaid invoices are different

Chippie can chase overdue invoices on a schedule. See Payment reminders.
