What you can't change
The email always carries the link to the online quote or invoice and the PDF. Bank account numbers are never put in the email body, only in the PDF and online invoice, so mail filters don't block it.
Texts come from your phone
Send > SMS opens your phone's messages app with the text filled in. You press send there, so Chippie has no record of delivery.
Other wording
- "Created with Chippie" on quote emails: hide it on the Quotes tab (paid plans).
- Payment reminders: each step has its own subject and message, in the Payment reminders card on the Invoicing tab. See Payment reminders.
- Invoice heading and footer: Payment Instructions Header and Invoice Footer Text on the Invoicing tab.
