The four ways
| Way | What you get |
|---|---|
| Toast | A pop-up while you have Chippie open |
| Bell | A list in the bell to catch up on later |
| Push | A notification on your phone or computer, even with Chippie closed |
| Sound | A sound with the notification |
Events are grouped Important (such as a quote accepted, an invoice paid, an email bounced, a new enquiry) and Activity (such as a quote viewed).
iPhone without the app
Push needs Chippie on the home screen: in Safari tap Share > Add to Home Screen, open Chippie from the home screen, then turn push on in this same tab. Or install the app.
The floating bell
On phones the bell floats at the bottom of the screen. Turn Floating bell on mobile off under Notification Bell to hide it.
