Invoicing and payments
- From job to invoice The invoice is drafted the moment a quote is accepted and becomes ready to send when the job completes, so invoicing is never a separate chore.
- Sending and tracking invoices Email a PDF invoice from your phone, give the client a secure view link, and track the payment from submitted to confirmed to paid.
- Taking payments Accept bank transfer, cash, or card payments through Stripe, and record every payment against the invoice so paid means paid.
Scheduling
- Scheduling jobs Put site visits and work sessions on the built-in calendar, colour-coded by type, with plain-language next times on every quote and job.
- Recurring jobs Set up repeat work once and Chippie generates the next job on schedule, with calendar placement, so regular clients never fall through the cracks.
