Offline you can edit job and quote descriptions, prices and line items, hold or resume a job, record unit readings, add signatures and photos, and send quotes and invoices (they go out when you reconnect).
New records, other status changes, scheduling, invoice edits and payments need a connection.
Changes upload by themselves when you reconnect. If someone changed the same thing first, you'll be asked which to keep.
