Download your client list as a CSV from Tradify before your subscription ends. Save PDF copies of any old quotes and invoices you want on file; they're your records.
Send us the export and we'll load your clients and their contact details into your Chippie account. Usually done the same day. Request a free migration.
Quotes, jobs, invoices and GST work the same way you're used to, on any phone. If your books run through Xero, Chippie connects to Xero on the Pro plan.
Chippie is month to month. You can export your data at any time, and the free plan stays free forever. If it doesn't fit, you've lost nothing.
We'd rather you pick the tool that fits than switch and regret it.
If none of those apply and what you actually use is quotes, jobs, invoices and GST, the per-user pricing is what you're paying for features you don't touch.
Yes. Export your client list from Tradify as a CSV and send it to us, and we'll import it into your Chippie account for free. Most imports are done the same day. Keep PDF copies of your old quotes and invoices for your records before your Tradify subscription ends.

Yes, Chippie connects to Xero on the Pro plan. If your bookkeeping runs through Xero today with Tradify, it can keep running through Xero with Chippie.
Offline mode is in development and not shipped yet. For what it's worth, Tradify doesn't offer an offline mode either, per its own help centre. If full offline capability is a hard requirement today, neither tool currently meets it.
Signing up takes a couple of minutes and the client import is usually done the same day we receive your export. There's no setup fee and no lock-in contract; Chippie is month to month and you can export your data at any time.
If you rely on detailed timesheets, Tradify's Plus-tier reporting, or its SmartRead and SmartWrite AI features today, Tradify may still suit you better. Tradify has been around since 2013 and its iOS and Android apps are genuinely mature. Chippie is the better fit if you mainly need quotes, jobs, invoices and GST without per-user pricing.
