What's included in the Free plan?

Up to 20 jobs per month, with full access to invoicing, client management, and GST tools — the complete workflow. No credit card required. Paid plans unlock unlimited jobs, plus team features.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. The prices listed are all-inclusive. Additional team members on the Team plan cost $10/month each ($100/year if billed annually).

Can I save money by paying annually?

Yes. Annual billing saves you 2 months compared to monthly. Professional annual is $250/year (vs $25×12 = $300). Team annual is $450/year.

Do you offer an enterprise plan?

Yes, for larger businesses. Enterprise adds priority support straight to the people who build Chippie, features built around your workflow where they are standard practice in your industry, and setup with your records brought across from your current system. It is priced to your team: tell us about your business.

Is it GST compliant?
Yes, GST is built in. Every line-item quote and invoice shows GST automatically, with your ABN on the invoice. BAS export is on the roadmap — for now, your accountant or Xero handles the lodgement. Built by Aussies for Aussie tradies.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No lock-in contracts. Cancel your subscription at any time and your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the billing period.
