AroFlo has no cancel button. You send a support request, the cancellation takes effect 30 days later, and that window is when you export.
Request a free migrationKey takeaways
- Cancel by support request: Help, then Accounts Enquiry. Only the primary contact can.
- The cancellation takes effect 30 days after the request, unless you ask for it to be immediate.
- Export through Reports while you still have access: CSV, Excel and other formats.
- AroFlo keeps your data for 180 days after cancelling, then deletes it for good.
- We import your client CSV into Chippie free, usually the same day.
How do I cancel my AroFlo subscription?#
-
Open a support request
Use the Help button inside AroFlo. Only the registered primary contact for the business can cancel.
-
Choose Accounts Enquiry
As the request type, and say in the Summary that you want to cancel your subscription.
-
Say if you want it immediate
Otherwise the 30-day notice period applies. Put an immediate cancellation in the Details field.
-
Watch for two emails
One confirms AroFlo has the request. The second gives your remaining access period, or anything you still need to do.
How do I export my data from AroFlo?#
-
Main menu, then Reports
Pick the area you need: Clients for your client list, then Invoices, Quotes and the rest.
-
Run the report
Standard reports are ready to run. Add fields or filters if you want more columns, and save it as a custom report.
-
Export it
From the bottom right of the report screen: CSV, Excel, XLSX, PDF, HTML, XML, JSON or Word. Send us the client CSV for the import.
What happens to my AroFlo data after I cancel?#
AroFlo stores it for 180 days from the cancellation date. Come back in that time and the site is restored as it was. After 180 days your clients, jobs, invoices, stored documents and generated PDFs are permanently deleted, and cannot be recovered even if you return. AroFlo keeps limited data about the business to meet government retention periods.
The primary contact can ask for the whole site to be deleted sooner. AroFlo treats that request as a cancellation.
